Our firm’s objective is the provision of consultancy services to agri-food (agricultural, livestock, manufacturing) and catering businesses (bakeries, patisseries, butchers shps etc.), in hotels and finally in hospitals and charities, in the following areas:
Design of facilities, infrastructure and equipment for agri-food businesses and food production and processing plants.
Elaboration of studies on behalf of agri-food and catering enterprises for integration in Greek and European Union’s Funding Schemes, such as ESPA, LEADER+, INTERREG, etc.) in coordination with financial advisors.
Design of production lines and flow charts in existing and new agri-food and catering businesses..
Design, study, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Assurance Systems, such as HACCP and ISO and Food Hygiene Assurance Protocols such as IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000 in agri-food and catering businesses, hotels, hospitals, and other daycare units.
